AI agents for the businesses that run the real economy

Our AI agents answer your phones, find and close your leads, and run your back office.

Acceptance tests in every contract
Don't take our word for it

Test our work before
you ever talk to us.

Most AI shops show you logos and adjectives. We'd rather you poke at the real thing: call a live agent, read an unedited build log, check our published evals.

Call our voice agent right now

Dinealog is our own restaurant voice agent, live in the browser. Pick a cuisine, talk to it, and watch the transcript as it takes your order. No sales call required.

Public build log

10/10 on the golden set, self-hosted

A city-code assistant for Brownsville that cites the city's own code and refuses to guess when it can't. It scores 10/10 on a golden-set evaluation, running on a small model on hardware the city owns.

The seven-dollar model

We fine-tuned a small open model for about seven dollars and it beat a frontier model on a real document-extraction job. The method, the evals, and the costs are all public.

Our GTM runs on agents

We moved our own go-to-market onto Buzz, Block's agent-native messaging platform. AI agents work the pipeline as named teammates; humans press every send.

How we work this way

Momito, our own dictation app

A local, private dictation app we built for ourselves and run on our machines every day. Not for sale. It exists because we use what we build.

What we build for
small businesses.

Nothing speculative. Practical systems that capture revenue, save hours, and show you the numbers — most of which pay for themselves inside a year.

Voice AI for phone orders & inquiries

Answers every call, takes orders, books appointments, and routes the rest, so a ringing phone never costs you a sale or interrupts service again.

Agent workflows for the back office

Lead follow-up, payroll runs, reconciliation, reporting: agents that run the repetitive work end to end, with a human approving anything that leaves the building.

Custom systems on your own data

POS, scheduling, inventory, and accounting stitched into one data layer, with daily margins by location and channel, so variance shows up the day it happens.

We work with the operationally complex businesses technology forgot: restaurants, trades, staffing, construction, and more. See the industries we serve →

The Method — how the lab works

From first call to live system, in weeks.

Every step has a defined deliverable and a defined cost before it starts. You see the scope, the price, and the acceptance criteria in writing before we build, and we don't leave when it goes live.

01

Diagnose

A free 30-minute triage call. We find where the money leaks: missed calls, cold leads, hand-copied data. You leave knowing what to fix first, whether or not you hire us.

02

Design

A fixed-fee workflow assessment. Five business days, ending in a written blueprint with scope, timeline, and expected ROI. The fee is credited toward the build if you go ahead.

03

Build

Acceptance criteria go in the contract before we write a line of code. The system ships in weeks and has to pass those tests. You sign off against evidence, not a demo.

04

Operate

You own everything outright: code, data, accounts. We keep running what we built, monitoring and tuning it as your business changes, so it gets sharper instead of stale.

Real systems, real returns.

A diagnostic only matters if the build pays off. Here's what that looks like for businesses like yours.

Go-to-market

10× top-of-funnel

A lead-gen agent that runs outreach and follow-up around the clock — multiplying the funnel and tripling meetings set.

Staffing

3× bid submissions

A sourcing agent that screens and matches candidates the moment requirements come in — so the same team bids on far more.

Services company

60 hours a month, back

Payroll agents that run timesheets, reconciliation, and invoicing end to end — saving ~60 hours a month per 100 employees.
